In this episode, we're going to make a strawberry, blackberry and sweet potato smoothie. For this, we'll need sweet potato, almonds, strawberries, plums, cinnamon, chia seeds, coconut water and watermelon. Strawberries are rich in fiber, vitamin C, are a source of antioxidants and boost the immune system. Blackberries are good for the circulation, and sweet potatoes can prevent certain cancers.
