Bulgaria is a country full of unknown treasures, as in the Stranja valley where traditions are still very much alive. Dinko teaches Sophie the secrets of the forest that gave its name to the valley. In order to understand what makes Bulgarian yogurt so special, Sophie takes a cooking class with Destena, who is known for making the best yogurt in the small village of Brodilovo.
