Today we are going to cook Lasagna, for this we are going to prepare a béchamel with butter, flour, milk and nutmeg. For the Bolognese we will need beef, onions, garlic, cheddar cheese, peeled tomatoes, all well-seasoned. Then, we assemble by alternating béchamel, pasta, and Bolognese sauce. A delicious recipe to be repeated throughout the year.
