Shanonne and Teric Teav introduce with the workout theme. To prepare the body for the training session, they start with a gentle and gradual warm-up. Then it's time for the sports session led by the coaches. Once the session is over, we find coach Shannone for stretching. The session will be concluded by the section "The nutrition minute" then by the outro of the coaches who will debrief the sports session.
