The 2010 Agility Invitational of California assembled nearly 400 dogs -the five best contenders from each breed selected at local competitions, competed for the title Top Dog.' We follow Masher, a Papillion breed which is renown for its agility, and see just how well he does. The competition is stiff- will he be crowned Top Dog? Once a year a talented group of defence dogs and handlers gather for The Hawaiian Islands Working Dog Competition. This challenging event summons teams from the US Army, police, Marines, security and Airforce to compete for the title of ‘Hardest Hitting Dog'. With tests of their agility, stamina and obedience, these dogs represent some of the most talented working dogs in the forces. Labrador Lola is a real canine heroine. Together with her handler Cristian, Lola helps find victims of earthquakes all over the world, as well as people who have gone missing in the wilds of her native Argentina. Lola can detect alive and dead bodies hundreds of meters away. Her speed and agility also mean that she can be much quicker at finding people in trouble than humans could. We will witness her impressive skills as we join her and Cristian training in Buenos Aires.
