E03 | Pilates | Complete body relaxation

In this episode, we will do exercises that will allow us to relax our whole body. We'll start with ankle work, then leg work. We'll move on to exercises to open up our chest and improve our breathing abilities, and we'll show you an exercise that involves applying pressure to each finger to relieve all of our tension.
