Lasagne is a typical Italian dish that we decided to prepare. A simple, tasty and generous recipe to reproduce without moderation.

  • 3 lasagne sheets
  • 120g of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Basil
  • 20 ml of olive oil
  • 5g of chilli pepper
  • 150g peeled tomatoes
  • 10g of sugar
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100g cheddar cheese

Bechamel sauce:

  • 40g of butter
  • 20g of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 10 ml of olive oil
  • Salt


  • In a pan, add the lasagne sheets and add water on top
  • Then, in a saucepan, for the preparation of the bechamel sauce add butter, a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Pour in the flour all at once and then add the milk.
  • Grate the cheddar cheese into a bowl.
  • Place the lasagne sheets on a board and cut them out with a cookie cutter. On the board, thinly slice the beef. Take an onion and dice it. Chop a few basil leaves. Finely chop the garlic and chilli pepper.
  • In a frying pan add a dash of olive oil and brown the beef, add onions, salt and pepper. Add the vegetable stock.
  • In another pan add oil, garlic and chilli pepper. Add the peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add the basil and then the beef.
  • Take a container and butter the pan. Add the bechamel sauce to the bottom, then put a sheet of lasagne. Then pour in the bolognese, the cheddar cheese and put in another lasagne sheet. Repeat the process until the pan is full. Finish with a layer of béchamel and cheddar on top.
  • To bake, place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
