Ingredients: 3 lasagne sheets120g of beef1 onion5 cloves of garlicSaltBlack pepperBasil20 ml of olive oil5g of chilli pepper150g peeled tomatoes10g of sugar100 ml vegetable stock100g cheddar cheese Bechamel sauce: 40g of butter20g of flour1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg200 ml of milk10 ml of olive oilSalt Preparation: In a pan, add the lasagne sheets and add water on top Then, in a saucepan, for the preparation of the bechamel sauce add butter, a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Pour in the flour all at once and then add the milk.Grate the cheddar cheese into a bowl. Place the lasagne sheets on a board and cut them out with a cookie cutter. On the board, thinly slice the beef. Take an onion and dice it. Chop a few basil leaves. Finely chop the garlic and chilli pepper.In a frying pan add a dash of olive oil and brown the beef, add onions, salt and pepper. Add the vegetable stock.In another pan add oil, garlic and chilli pepper. Add the peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add the basil and then the beef.Take a container and butter the pan. Add the bechamel sauce to the bottom, then put a sheet of lasagne. Then pour in the bolognese, the cheddar cheese and put in another lasagne sheet. Repeat the process until the pan is full. Finish with a layer of béchamel and cheddar on top.
