Today, MyZen TV will help prepare a simple, delicious and quick meal. It is a caramelized pumpkin porridge.

Ingredients :

  • 150g round grain rice
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 10g of salt
  • 30g of sugar
  • 30g of butter
  • 300g of pumpkin
  • 20g of raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • One lemon (zest and juice)
  • Mint
  • some berries

Recette :

  • On a board, cut a small piece of the pumpkin.
  • Take the lemon and cut a slice from the skin to make the zest.
  • Cut the slice very thinly.
  • In a saucepan boil water and add a pinch of salt.
  • Add the rice and the milk.
  • Mix in the pan.
  • After boiling, remove from heat.
  • In a frying pan, add the butter then the pumpkin and sugar.
  • Mix regularly, when the compote boils, add the cinnamon branch.
  • Add the lemon zest and the raisins.
  • Mix well.
  • Remove from heat when the preparation is good.
  • In a bowl add the rice and milk mixture.
  • Then add the pumpkin and raisins mixture.
  • Then, repeat these 2 operations twice more.
  • Add some berries on top and some mint leaves.
