We are going to prepare farfalle with chanterelles and a generous cream sauce and parmesan.

Ingredients :

  • 60g of farfalle pasta
  • Olive oil
  • 150g chanterelle mushrooms
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Coriander
  • 2/3 basil leaves
  • 100g cream
  • 10g of parmesan cheese

Recipe :

  • Add salt to boiling water
  • Add the chanterelles and remove from the water when cooked
  • On a board, finely chop an onion
  • Do the same with the leek and the celery stick
  • Then roughly chop the chanterelles
  • Cut the garlic into pieces
  • In boiling water, add salt and a dash of olive oil
  • Add the farfalle
  • In a frying pan, add oil
  • Add the chanterelles, then the onion and garlic
  • Then the celery and the leeks
  • Season with salt, pepper and paprika
  • Add the cream
  • Then the farfalle
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese into a bowl
  • Place the farfalle and chanterelle mixture on a plate. Put the parmesan on top
