Today, we are going to prepare a simple, delicious and quick meal. It is fried rice with shrimp and tofu.

Ingredients :

  • 100g basmati rice
  • Shrimps
  • 50g of tofu
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • Green beans
  • Rosemary
  • 1 leek
  • Cébette
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Sesame oil
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce

Recipe :  

  • In a saucepan boil water and add a pinch of salt and olive oil  
  • Add the basmati rice and cook for 10 minutes
  • When it is cooked, take it off the heat 
  • Place the shrimp in a bowl and add salt and pepper  
  • Then add lemon juice, a dash of soy and olive oil 
  • In a frying pan, add olive oil, a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary 
  • Add the shrimp and cook them  
  • On a board, cut an onion into small cubes 
  • Do the same with the celery, leek, spring onion, garlic and ginger  
  • Cut the tofu into cubes  
  • Then cut the green beans into pieces 
  • In a frying pan, add olive oil and sesame oil  
  • Add onions, celery, leek, spring onion, garlic, ginger and green beans 
  • Add soy sauce and basmati rice  
  • Mix all together  
  • Add tofu and shrimp 
  • Add salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar  
  • Place the mixture in a soup plate  
  • Add the microfoam on top
