Today we're going to cook Sicilian-style cannelloni. For this, we'll need cream, camembert, olive oil, an egg yolk, and parmesan to make a creamy and delicious sauce. In addition, we'll prepare the filling with sliced chicken, onion, egg, and Parmesan.

  • 60 g cannelloni pasta
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • 150 g chopped chicken
  • 1 red onion
  • Parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese
  • 5 g breadcrumbs


  • 100 ml of cream
  • 30 g Camembert cheese
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese


  • Grate the Parmesan cheese onto a plate and set it aside.
  • On a chopping board, finely chop the parsley and the red onion. Then mince the garlic into small pieces.
  • Repeat the same process with the pieces of Camembert.
  • In a frying pan, sauté the onions in olive oil until they become golden brown. Then add the chicken, season it with salt and pepper, and set it aside.
  • In another pan, melt the Camembert cheese, then add the cream and mix well. Set it aside.
  • In a bowl, break a whole egg and beat it. Add the chopped parsley, the onion and chicken mixture, and mix everything together.
  • Using a spoon, fill the cannelloni with this mixture. Add the egg yolk to the Camembert and cream mixture and mix it again.
  • Spread the bottom of a baking dish with the Camembert-cream-egg yolk mixture.
  • Place the stuffed cannelloni on top and cover them with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
