Today we're going to cook Sicilian-style cannelloni. For this, we'll need cream, camembert, olive oil, an egg yolk, and parmesan to make a creamy and delicious sauce. Ingredients: 60 g cannelloni pasta10 ml olive oilSalt150 g chopped chicken1 red onionParsley2 cloves of garlic1 egg10 g Parmesan cheese5 g breadcrumbs Sauce: 100 ml of cream30 g Camembert cheese10 ml olive oil1 egg yolk10 g Parmesan cheese Preparation: Grate the Parmesan cheese onto a plate and set it aside. On a chopping board, finely chop the parsley and the red onion. Then mince the garlic into small pieces. Repeat the same process with the pieces of Camembert. In a frying pan, sauté the onions in olive oil until they become golden brown. Then add the chicken, season it with salt and pepper, and set it aside. In another pan, melt the Camembert cheese, then add the cream and mix well. Set it aside. In a bowl, break a whole egg and beat it. Add the chopped parsley, the onion and chicken mixture, and mix everything together. Using a spoon, fill the cannelloni with this mixture. Add the egg yolk to the Camembert and cream mixture and mix it again.Spread the bottom of a baking dish with the Camembert-cream-egg yolk mixture. Place the stuffed cannelloni on top and cover them with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
