The recipe for truffle lasagna can now be reproduced at home. A delicious mixture that will leave you speechless.

  • 3 sheets of lasagna
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Celeriac
  • 30g of mushrooms
  • 120g of truffle paste
  • 30 ml of cream
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Thyme
  • 20g of parmesan cheese
  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 20 ml of olive oil

Bechamel sauce:

  • Salt
  • 40g of butter
  • 20g of flour
  • 200 ml of milk
  • Nutmeg


  • In a bowl, add the lasagne sheets and add water on top. In a saucepan, add a piece of butter and a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Add the flour all at once, then add the milk and mix it all together.
  • Grate the cheddar cheese into a bowl. On a board, arrange the lasagne sheets and cut them out with a cookie cutter. Then on another board, cut the celeriac into small cubes. Do the same with the onion, mushrooms and garlic.
  • In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil. Add the onions and garlic, then the celery. Add the mushrooms and season with salt and black pepper. Spoon in the truffle paste and the milk and mix to a smooth mixture. Add cheddar cheese on top.
  • To prepare the dish, spread some béchamel and cheddar cheese on the bottom of the dish. Then add a sheet of lasagne dough and the truffle mixture. Then alternate layers, and finish with the béchamel and cheddar.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 25 minutes.
