Today, we're going to prepare a delightful dish of creamy fettuccine with cheese. To bring this gourmet recipe to life, we'll need a variety of ingredients including fettuccine, onions, celery, a sweet potato, and a delectable béchamel sauce.

  • 60 g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Celeriac
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Parsley
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese
  • 4 black olives
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 ml of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Bechamel sauce:

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 40 g of butter
  • 20 g of flour
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg


  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add a pinch of salt. Stir well and then add 20g of flour.
  • Pour in the milk and add a sprinkle of nutmeg.
  • On a cutting board, slice the red and white onions into strips. Grate the celeriac and sweet potato. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the olives. Finely chop the parsley.
  • In another saucepan, bring water to a boil and add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook the fettuccine for 7 minutes.
  • Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray, season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Roast in the oven for a few minutes.
  • In a frying pan, drizzle some olive oil and add the white onion, grated celery, and sweet potato. Season with salt and pepper. Add the olives and then the red onions. Stir in the parsley and béchamel sauce. Finally, add the cooked fettuccine and mix well.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese into a bowl.
  • Arrange the roasted cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, followed by the pasta mixture.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Reheat in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Serve on a plate.
