Ingredients for the recipe :

  • 100 g basmati rice
  • 20 g Judas ear mushrooms
  • 20 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 20 g oyster mushrooms
  • 20 g button mushrooms
  • 100 g of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1 egg
  • Green beans
  • 1 can of canned corn
  • 1 can of canned bamboo shoots
  • Cebette
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chili pepper
  • Sesame oil
  • Oil

Recipe :  

  • In a saucepan boil water and add a pinch of salt and olive oil
  • Add the basmati rice
  • Cook the rice for 10 minutes and remove from heat
  • On a board, cut the oyster mushrooms and button mushrooms quite finely
  • Dice the bamboo shoots, onion, leek and green beans
  • Chop the Judas ear and shiitake mushrooms
  • Cut the chili, garlic clove, ginger and spring onion into pieces
  • On a board, place a piece of beef and cut thin slices
  • In a frying pan, add olive oil and a dash of sesame oil
  • Add the chili, garlic, ginger and onion
  • Brown the beef
  • Break an egg on top
  • Mix all the ingredients together
  • Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, onion, leek
  • Then add green beans and mix
  • Add and mix the shiitake and Judas ear mushrooms and the spring onion
  • Add and mix the corn
  • Add soy sauce and basmati rice
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Place the mixture in a soup plate
  • Add the microfoam on top
